I am Diana Miller, a REALTOR(r) and Broker/Owner of Fort Bend Homes, a real estate firm located in Sugar Land since 2001. As a 28 year resident of Sugar Land, I have worked tirelessly for over a year to preserve our existing residential community. I started the opposition of the apartments at the Imperial Site in February 2011. Through the process, I uncovered a pattern of quiet deception by our City elected officials. This deception has led to the swift approval of "high density" developments THROUGHOUT SUGAR LAND that threaten our neighborhoods and, in many cases, do not comply with the existing City of Sugar Land Comprehensive Plan.

I serve on the Texas Association of REALTORS(R) Public Policy, Land Use Committee. Our committee meets with Texas Legislators to promote Legislation protecting Homeowner rights. With over 80,000 members, we are one of the most powerful groups meeting with our State Legislators. I understand Land Use policy and I have sought further guidance from one of the top Land Use attorneys in the State. I am dedicated to protecting EVERY homeowner's personal property rights.
